Dr. Benjamin Winkeljann is a mechanical engineer with extensive expertise in strategic leadership, intellectual property management, and pharmaceutical process optimization. Since founding RNhale in December 2023, he has made the company financially operable, securing contracts worth over €400K in revenue. In addition, he has raised more than €4M in non-dilutive funding and scientific grants. Alongside his role as CEO of RNhale, he serves as Principal Investigator at the German Center for Lung Research (DZL) and Group Leader at the Department of Pharmacy, LMU Munich.
