MinION by Oxford Nanopore // DNA and RNA Sequencing

The only portable, real-time devices for DNA and RNA sequencing generates up to 48 Gb data from a single flow cell. Real-time data and unrestricted read length (from short to ultra-long) allows flexible, high-yield sequencing, in a compact, accessible design.
Suitable applications include: Whole genomes/exomes / Metagenomics / Targeted sequencing / Whole transcriptome (cDNA) / Smaller transcriptomes (direct RNA) / Multiplexing for smaller samples
