The Ami HT can be used to image bioluminescent and fluorescent signals in living mice (or rats), tissues or plates. Single or serial measurements can be taken. It has a capacity for up to 5 mice. The images can be taken and analyzed by the license free Aura software. 10 Wavelengths/10 Filters are included and additional filters can be added/changed by the operator, if needed.

• Generally, it is compatible with all third party gas anesthesia systems. However, these are not installed at the moment.
